“Swim and Explore” Playgroup

“Swim and Explore” is a swimming experience that is EXCLUSIVE to Swim Experts. It is designed as an opportunity to gather together in the pool with your little one and other friends to bond and continue to practice and develop the skills that you are working on in your lessons.

Swim and Explore is a 45 minute session, with a range of activities setup around the pool for you to work through and practice. One of our skilled educators is in the water at all times to guide and assist, but this is not a “Lesson”.  Swim and Explore is NOT a free play session as we are not a public pool. Participants in this class are guided by the activities for each week.

Swim and Explore is a weekday only program with limited participant numbers.

Participants must be MEMBERS of the swim school, and be aged between 3 months and 2.5 years only.

“Swim and Explore” Playgroup, is booked using Punch Passes, which are available for purchase through our online shop for our Members only.

Single Punch Passes are $12.00 each.

5 Visit Punch Passes are $50.00.

*5 visit punch passes do not have to be booked at the same time, however, this is an option available if there are vacancies available in consecutive weeks. The 5-visit punch pass can be purchased and booked ad-hoc, if there are vacancies week to week.

“Swim and Explore” Playgroup, is booked using Punch Passes, which are available for purchase through our online shop for our Members only.

• Approved swimwear must be worn in the pool, and all babies MUST wear a Little Toggs swim nappy. No other nappies are permitted in the pool under any circumstances.
• Adults entering the pool MUST wear a rash top, as well as swimwear. No streetwear/underwear/activewear is permitted in the pool. Entry will be refused to those not in appropriate swim attire.
• Children MUST be always accompanied in the water by an adult carer (over the age of 18)
• The maximum swim time in “Splash and Explore Playgroup” is 45 minutes.
• This is NOT a swimming lesson. Splash and Explore is an opportunity to work through activities set up around the pool to practice skills being learned in our Mini’s classes.
• Free play is not permitted as this is not a public pool. Families not adhering to instructions will be asked to leave the pool and will not be permitted to further participate in this program.
• Once a punch pass is used to secure a position, we do not allow cancellations/refunds of punch passes.
• Makeup lessons are not available to Playgroup sessions if you do not attend your booked session.
• Makeup tokens from mainstream classes cannot be exchanged for Punch Passes.
• “Swim and Explore Playgroup” is available to children between the ages of 3 months, and up to the age of 2.5 years old only.
• “Swim and Explore Playgroup” is booked on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to students who are booking 5 visit passes rather than on one-off visits.
• As there are a limited number of positions available, bookings are considered final to ensure that families who miss out on bookings are not disadvantaged.
• We do not allow overbooking for this program. Familes who have purchased punch passes can be waitlisted and alerted if a vacancy arises, however, this cannot always be guaranteed at short notice.
• “Swim and Explore Playgroup is not able to be permanently booked by families. Consecutive bookings can only be made via the use of 5 punch passes. Our reception team can assist with the booking of this following purchase.
• 2 “no shows” will result in removal from the playgroup.
• Punch passes are one use only. Non-attendance will not result in the pass being returned to your account as there are only a limited number of participants in this program.
• This program is ONLY available to our members.
