Whilst there may not always be Government enforced COVID restrictions, our facility IS bound to operate under the NSW Public Health Act, and COVID restrictions may be implemented as required. These will always be communicated urgently to customers. It should be noted that visibly unwell swimmers and families can be refused entry to the centre and we do recommend that families avail themselves of the use of our Makeup Lesson Policy when any member of a family unit is unwell – in the interest of public health and safety.
