Active Kids and First Lap Vouchers are able to be used towards swimming lessons, with the following conditions:
- Active Kids and First Lap Vouchers can be used for currently enrolled students only. They cannot be held in credit for future enrolments.
- Active Kids and First Lap Vouchers cannot be used for enrolment fees, or first month’s fees.
- Vouchers must be submitted prior to the 20th calendar day of each month, to allow adequate time for redemption with Service NSW and addition of credit to the child’s account ahead of the Direct Debit run.
- Vouchers cannot be applied to fees for fees that are in arrears following a failed direct debit. Accounts must be clear for the Voucher to be redeemed.
- Vouchers can be used for the named child only (condition set by Service NSW)
- Vouchers cannot be transferred or refunded if unused (condition set by Service NSW)
- Any cancellation will be effective once a voucher is completely utilised. A class position will remain attached to a child unitl the funds are fully depleted – at that time the child will be removed from the class.
TO SUBMIT YOUR VOUCHER:
- Email your voucher to info@swimexperts.com.au – ensuring that you have clearly listed your child’s NAME and DATE OF BIRTH in the subject line
- Ensure your voucher is emailed PRIOR to the 20th day of each calendar month.
